By using Navigator (operated by BizIdeaLabs), you agree to these terms. Navigator provides market intelligence, content strategy, and business guidance for solopreneurs.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when applying or signing up.

Content you create using Navigator is yours. Navigator's platform, templates, frameworks, and generated content structure remain the property of BizIdeaLabs.
Navigator membership is billed as described on the pricing page. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.
Navigator provides business guidance and market intelligence, not financial, legal, or professional advice. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Navigator's output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizIdeaLabs' total liability for any claim arising from your use of Navigator shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Navigator is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. BizIdeaLabs does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results or guidance will achieve specific business outcomes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizIdeaLabs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Navigator, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your Navigator membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. BizIdeaLabs may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use Navigator ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
If a dispute arises from your use of Navigator, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered under standard commercial arbitration rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active members.
